Guest guest Posted October 5, 2009 Report Share Posted October 5, 2009 Chile Chutney 5 hungarian wax mature peppers or other spicy peppers such as jalapenos, roasted, peeled, and diced 3/4 cup sugar 1 teaspoon dried oregano 1/4 cup cider vinegar 1/2 tsp. salt Mix the ingredients together and cook for 10 minutes or so over medium heat in an enamel or stainless steel pan.
