Guest guest
Hey everyone, Here is a very quick side dish or appetizer. The sauce works well in a stir fry as well. Ingredients Water 6 cups Salt pinch Frozen unshelled edamame 1 lb Soy Sauce 2 tbsp Rice vinegar 1 tbsp Sesame oil 1 tbsp Chili oil 1 tbsp (or as much as you want, I use 2 to 3 tbsp, but I like super spicy) Sesame seeds (toasted) 3 tbsp DIrections Combine water salt in a large sauce pan. Bring to boil and add edamame. Reduce heat and boil gently for 5 minutes. Drain and return to same pot. Add remaining liquid ingredients. Toss until coated and heat on low for another 2 minutes. Toss in sesame seeds for an even coat right before serving. Makes about 3 1/2 cups. 1cup: 212 calories, 8.1 g total fat (1.5 g mono, 1.6 g Poly, o.5 g sat) 0 mg cholesterol, 16 g carbohydrate, 2 g fibre, 18 g protein, 210 mg sodium Hope you enjoy.
