Guest guest Posted September 22, 2009 Report Share Posted September 22, 2009 Basil and Walnut Dip 8 ozs. low-fat or fat-free cream cheese 1/2 cup chopped fresh basil leaves 1 shallot, finely chopped 2 tbsps. grated Parmesan cheese 1 tbsp. red wine or balsamic vinegar 1 tsp. prepared horseradish salt and freshly ground pepper to taste 1/4 cup chopped walnuts Combine all ingredients except the walnuts in a food processor and process until smooth. Stir in the walnuts. Serve with raw vegetables for dipping or freat spread on crackers. Yields about 1 cup. _______________ Attention all humans. We are your photos.
