Guest guest Posted September 15, 2009 Report Share Posted September 15, 2009 Salsa with Corn and Black Beans 4 medium tomatoes, diced 1/2 white onion, chopped 1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped 2 cloves garlic, minced 1 ear corn, about 6 ozs. canned 1 jalapeno, finely chopped 1/2 cup cooked black beans juice of 1/2 lime Combine all ingredients.
