Hi,

 

I am new to these vegetarian lists, live in the Northwoods of WI,

and weave/spin/crank socks.

 

I have two teens, adopted from China, who love spicy food, and

I am becoming a bit more adventuresome. Hope to have an

occasional recipe to share before too long. I'm looking forward

to trying some of the wonderful dishes you have shared, and
