Guest guest Posted August 21, 2009 Report Share Posted August 21, 2009 Mango Chutney Guacamole 4 medium avocados, very ripe, seeded, peeled and chopped 1 9 ounce jar hot mango chutney 1/4 cup sour cream 2 tablespoons onion, finely chopped 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped 2 tablespoons diced green chiles 1 teaspoon fresh lime juice 1 or more cloves garlic, finely chopped 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon diced jalapenos, optional tortilla chips Combine avocados, chutney, sour cream, onion, cilantro, chiles, lime juice, garlic, salt and jalapenos in medium bowl.
