Guest guest Posted August 14, 2009 Report Share Posted August 14, 2009 Black Bean Relish 15 ounces black beans, canned, rinsed, drained 3/4 cup tomato, finely chopped 1 serrano chile, seeded, finely chopped 1/2 cup red bell pepper, chopped 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar 1 tablespoon vegetable oil 1/4 teaspoon salt Mix all ingredients.
