Guest guest Posted August 9, 2009 Report Share Posted August 9, 2009 Vegetable Chili 1 16 ounce can kidney beans 1 16 ounce can white beans 1 16 ounce can black beans 1 16 ounce can black eyed peas 1 16 ounce can pinto beans 2 16 ounce cans chopped stewed tomatoes 1 sweet onion, chopped 1 red pepper, chopped 2 to 3 cups vegetable broth, depending on thickness desired 1 cup salsa of choice 1 teaspoon cumin 1 teaspoon chili powder 1 teaspoon basil salt to taste Put all ingredients into pot and simmer for at least 3 hours and enjoy.
