Whole Foods to find your Tempeh box. I also checked out the Tofurky essays while

I was on the site. They remind me of the first time I presented Tofurky to my

flesh eating family. I did get one convert that Thanksgiving. But no one liked

my tofu " cheese " cake. That had to go back to the drawing board. Maybe you or

someone here has a good cheese cake recipe using tofu. I would appreciate it.
