Guest guest Posted June 18, 2009 Report Share Posted June 18, 2009 Spicy Salsa Verde & Juniper Berry Marinade 12 oz jar prepared salsa verde 1/3 cup chopped fresh parsley 1/3 cup dry white wine or vegi broth 1 teaspoon juniper berries, crushed (I find them at Whole Foods) 1/4 teaspoon coarsely ground pepper 1 teaspoon grated lemon peel In medium bowl stir together all marinade ingredients, in 1-quart saucepan bring reserved marinade to a full boil.
