Guest guest Posted June 18, 2009 Report Share Posted June 18, 2009 Curry White Sauce 1 tablespoon butter 1 small onion, optional 1 tablespoon flour 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/8 teaspoon pepper 1 cup milk 1/4 teaspoon curry seasoning (I use hot curry) Melt butter over medium heat and add onion. Cook until onion is soft. Then add curry and flour and stir. Then add milk, salt and pepper. Cook mixture stirring constantly until it thickens to desired consistency.
