Guest guest Posted June 10, 2009 Report Share Posted June 10, 2009 Sunny Garlic Chutney 200 fresh garlic cloves 1 onion, diced 1 red pepper, diced 1 1/4 cups. apple cider vinegar 1/4 cup fresh ginger, minced 1 tbsp. mustard seed 1 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper Coarsely chop garlic. Combine all other ingredients and bring to a slow boil. Reduce by 1/3, add garlic and cook about 10 minutes. Cool and serve. Makes about 2 1/2 cups.
