Guest guest Posted June 2, 2009 Report Share Posted June 2, 2009 Middle Eastern Tomato Soup 4 to 6 cups tomato juice 1 cup yogurt 1/4 cup lemon juice 2 tbsps. olive oil 2 tsps. curry powder salt and freshly ground pepper to taste chopped fresh mint or basil for garnish Combine all ingredients in a bowl and stir with a whisk until thoroughly combined and smooth.
