Guest guest Posted June 1, 2009 Report Share Posted June 1, 2009 Tomato Cumin Dressing 3 tomatoes; cored, halved, and grilled 1 egg yolk 1 jalapeno chile pepper, halved 1/3 bunch cilantro 3 tablespoons lime juice, freshly squeezed 4 1/2 tablespoons Dijon mustard 2 teaspoons ground cumin 1 1/2 cups salad oil salt to taste pepper to taste In a food processor place the tomatoes and puree them. Add the egg yolk, jalapeno chile pepper, cilantro, lime juice, mustard, and cumin. Blend the ingredients together until the mixture is smooth.
