Guest guest Posted May 23, 2009 Report Share Posted May 23, 2009 Garlicky Amandine Vinaigrette 2 or 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped 1/2 cup whole blanched almonds, toasted 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar 1/2 cup olive oil freshly ground pepper and salt Combine first four ingredients in food processor and puree. With machine running slowly add 1/2 cup olive oil. Chill the vinaigrette for several hours or more, then bring sauce to room temperature. Season with salt and pepper.
