Guest guest Posted May 23, 2009 Report Share Posted May 23, 2009 Lemon Cabbage 1 cup cabbage, finely chopped 1 tbsp. lemon juice 1 tsp. sugar 3 green chilies, slit and chopped 1/4 tsp. turmeric powder 2 tbsps. chopped coriander leaves salt to taste 1 tsp. mustard seeds oil for frying Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds. Once they crackle, add chopped cabbage, salt and turmeric powder. Cook for 3 to 4 minutes. Add sugar, stir and switch off the flame. Add chopped coriander leaves and lemon juice.
