Guest guest Posted April 23, 2009 Report Share Posted April 23, 2009 Curried Almonds 8 ozs. blanched almonds 2 tbsps. mango chutney 1 tsp. turmeric 1 tsp. curry powder Heat oven to 350 degrees. Mix together the mango chutney, turmeric & curry powder. Mix in the almonds, ensuring that they become well coated. Spread them on a non-stick baking sheet. Bake for 10 minutes.
