Guest guest Posted April 16, 2009 Report Share Posted April 16, 2009 Southwestern Apricot Salsa fresh apricots 4 ozs. red onion 1 oz. olive oil 1 oz. cilantro, chopped 1 oz. lime juice 1 oz. lemon juice 2 tsps.white wine vinegar chopped jalapeno pepper, minced 1/2 tsp.lime peel, grated 1/2 tsp. ground cumin white pepper, to taste salt, to taste Combine apricots and remaining ingredients in bowl, stirring gently.
