Guest guest Posted April 14, 2009 Report Share Posted April 14, 2009 Baked Cheddar Olives Recipe By : Serving Size : 24 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : *Appetizers Cheese And Eggs Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 1 cup grated cheddar cheese 2 tablespoons butter -- at room temperature 1/2 cup all-purpose flour 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper 24 pimiento-stuffed olives -- (a 3 oz jar) Drain olives and pat dry with towels. Combine cheese and butter in a bowl. Add flour and cayenne and blend until well mixed. Drop the dough by tablespoons onto wax paper and wrap or mold each piece of dough around an olive, covering it completely.
