Potatoes with Lime and Green Chilies

1 lb. red potatoes, scrubbed and quartered

1 tbsp. unsalted butter or margarine

1 tbsp. lime juice

1 green chili, seeded, rinsed

Place potatoes in a steamer basket over boiling water. Cover saucepan and steam

15 minutes or until tender. Drain potatoes and transfer to a bowl. Melt butter

in a heavy saucepan over low heat. Stir in lime juice and chili and simmer 1 to

2 minutes. Discard chili and pour lime mixture over potatoes. Season with salt

to taste and toss.

Char

This looks good. Is the green chili tossed in the butter-lime mix just in

halves after de-seeding or is additional chili cutting required?

Thx
