I'm still in that teenage/college rut of eating a lot of pizza, pasta and fast food. Now I'm over 30 and starting to put on the pounds. So, between these user groups, and my stockpile of cookbooks, Vegetarian Times and Cooking Light, I intend to start meal planning and eating real vegetables (and maybe some fruit too).
