Guest guest Posted March 25, 2009 Report Share Posted March 25, 2009 Cheesy Puinto Bean Bake 2 15 ounce cans pinto beans, rinsed and drained 1 16 ounce package frozen corn, thawed 2 cups salsa 1 8 ounce can tomato sauce 1 4 ounce can green chiles. diced 2 teaspoons hot pepper sauce 1 8 ounce package corn chips, crushed 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 13x9x2-inch baking dish. Combine pinto beans, corn, salsa, tomato sauce, green chiles and hot sauce in medium bowl. Sprinkle crushed corn chips into prepared baking dish.
