Guest guest Posted March 12, 2009 Report Share Posted March 12, 2009 Spicy Cabbage and Radish Slaw 1/4 cup bottled or homemade barbecue sauce 2 tablespoons cider vinegar 1 teaspoon celery seed 1 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper 3/4 cup vegetable oil 8 cups shredded green cabbage (1 small head) 1 1/2 cup grated radishes (about 8 large radishes) 4 scallions, finely chopped In a large bowl, whisk the barbecue sauce, vinegar, celery seed, salt, and pepper. Gradually whisk in the oil. Add the cabbage, radishes, and scallions and mix well. Cover and refrigerate until chilled, at least 1 hour. Serve chilled. Makes 8 to 12 servings.
