Wash the greens and stack the leaves on one another and roll them tightly,

chiffonade (cut with a sharpe knife like a santoku knife or your cooking

scissors) they will be in ribbons.

Now heat up some Soyrizo chorizo, as it starts to cook add chopped onions,

garlic, and the greens, towards the end you can add some hominy or corn or

garbanzo beans or diced cooked potatoes. Spoon this on top of rice, or place in

the center of mashed potatoes, or eat with hot corn or flour tortillas. Tell me

this isn't heaven on a plate.
