Guest guest Posted December 29, 2008 Report Share Posted December 29, 2008 Chili Honey Dressing 1/4 cup chopped green onions 3 tablespoons honey 1 1/2 teaspoons jalapeno chili 1 tablespoons Dijon mustard 2 tablespoons vinegar Combine onions, honey, chili and garlic in heavy small saucepan over medium heat. Simmer 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and then whisk in mustard, then the vinegar. Pour warm dressing over spinach or other green vegetables.
