Mae Jean Caribbean Tartar Sauce 2 cups mayonnaise regular or soy 1 tsp. tabasco sauce 4 tbsps. minced sweet pickles 2 tbsps. minced green onions (white part) juice of 4 limes 1 tbsp. minced parsley or cilantro or chives Blend all ingredients and chill.
