Guest guest Posted November 9, 2008 Report Share Posted November 9, 2008 Belizian Style Habanero Hot Sauce 1 small onion, chopped 1 tablespoon vegetable oil 1 cup carrots, chopped 2 cups water 6 habanero chilies, stem and seeds removed, minced 3 tablespoons lime juice, ffresh 3 tablespoons white vinegar 1 teaspoon salt Saute onion in oil until soft. Add carrots and water. Bring to boil,reduce heat,and simmer until the carrots are soft. Remove from heat . Add chilies,lime juice and salt to the carrot mixture.
