Guest guest Posted October 24, 2008 Report Share Posted October 24, 2008 Marinated Black-Eyed Peas 1/2 cup olive oil 1/4 cup red wine vinegar 1 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon pepper 2 cloves garlic, crushed 1 cup celery, chopped 1/2 cup red onion, chopped 1/2 cup green bell pepper, chopped 1 jalapeno pepper, chopped 30 ounces black-eyed peas. drained, 2 cans Mix the oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, and garlic then pour the mixture over the remaining ingredients in a large bowl.
