Guest guest Posted October 6, 2008 Report Share Posted October 6, 2008 Bok Choy And Green Onions 2 tablespoons soy sauce 2 tablespoons water 1 packet sugar substitute 1 tablespoon canola oil 1 teaspoon sesame oil 1 bunch bok choy with leaves, cut crosswise into 2 " pieces and rinsed 4 green onions, chopped 3 garlic cloves, finely chopped crushed red-pepper flakes to taste 2 tablespoons coarsely-chopped peanuts In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, water and sugar substitute; set aside. In a wok or large, deep skillet, heat canola and sesame oils over medium-high heat. Add bok choy, green onions, garlic, soy sauce mixture and pepper flakes to taste. Stir-fry just until bok choy is wilted, about 3 minutes. Stir in peanuts and serve immediately. Makes 4 servings. Calories 105, Fat 7 g, Carbs 7 g, Fiber 3 g.
