We use it for Rancheros, Tamales, Tacos etc the amount specified Lasts us approximately one month. 20-Serano chilies 1-Litre of Tomato puree ½-Onion 3-Garlic cloves ¼-Cup veg oil. Salt to taste Boil chilies in water for about 7 minutes till they change Color from a bright green to a grey green. In a blender combine onion garlic with 1 cup of puree Ad chilies to blender with salt and chop. In a pan ad oil combine all ingredients and fry for approximately 10 minutes.
