Guest guest Posted September 29, 2008 Report Share Posted September 29, 2008 Spicy Cilantro Hummus 3 1/2 cups garbanzo beans, drain, reserve 2 tablespoons liquid 1/4 cup packed cilantro leaves 3 tbsps. fresh lemon juice 2 tbsps. diced jalapenos 1 tbsp olive oil 1 clove garlic, peeled 1/4 tsp. ground cumin 1/4 tsp. salt pita wedges or crackers, optional Place beans and reserved liquid, cilantro, lemon juice, jalapenos, olive oil, garlic, cumin and salt in food processor; cover.
