Guest guest Posted September 7, 2008 Report Share Posted September 7, 2008 Spicy Mango Garlic Barbecue Sauce 2 mangoes, peeled and diced 4 to 6 cloves garlic 1/2 cup tomato ketchup 3/4 cup white vinegar 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tbsp. soy sauce 1/3 cup brown sugar 1 " chunk fresh ginger root 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper 2 tsps. chili powder 1/4 tsp. ground pepper This sauce is amazing with chicken or pork. Store refrigerated and covered for up to two weeks for future use. Combine all ingredients in an electric blender and puree until smooth.
