My 75 cent cookbook

I know many probably can't stand Dr. Phil and would love to punch him but if you

out there are not a fan, put that behind and because he did put out a great

cookbook. If you happen to run across it in the thrift shop don't pass it up.

It's called

The Ultimate Weight Solution Cookbook by Dr, Phil McGraw. I didn't buy it for

diet purposes, when I looked in through the index and rest of the book I was

pleasantly surprised to find so many vegetarian recipes and some of the non-veg

recipes you can alter. So far I tried the Silver Dollar Steak Fries and his

version of Ratatouille. Oh yes, the Wilted Beet Greens too.

I rented his diet book from the library last year and it sure did

help me. I would really enjoy a copy of his cookbook and will look

for a used copy online or in the thrift shops. I watch his show but

sometimes he's a bit harsh for me.
