Guest guest Posted August 14, 2008 Report Share Posted August 14, 2008 Quaker RiceCake Mexican Pizza 1 can fat-free refried beans, (16 oz.) 12 Quaker Salt Free Rice Cakes, or Lightly Salted Rice Cakes 1 cup salsa 2 medium plum tomatoes, diced 1 can chopped green chilies, drained (4 oz.) 1/2 cup chopped green peppers 1/4 cup chopped onions 1 cup shredded low-fat cheddar cheese 1. Heat beans and spread over Quaker Salt Free or Lightly Salted Rice Cakes. 2. Layer with salsa, tomatoes, chilies, green pepper, onion and cheese. 3.
