White Wine Marinade

To make this alcohol free use white grape juice in place of the white wine.

White Wine Marinade

 

1 1/2 cups white wine

1/2 cup fresh lemon juice

1 tbsp. lemon zest

1/4 to 1/2 tsp. tabasco

1/2 cup olive oil

3 garlic cloves, minced

3 to 4 tbsps. chopped fresh herbs

1 tsp. dried oregano

1 tsp. chopped fresh rosemary

salt and black pepper to taste

 

Combine all ingredients until mixed well.

Marinade anything you want to grill in this or use as a baste.
