Guest guest Posted July 16, 2008 Report Share Posted July 16, 2008 Argentine Chimichurri Bread 1 3/4 teaspoons active dry yeast 3 cups bread flour 3 tablespoons wheat bran 1 tablespoon sugar 1 1/2 teaspoons salt 3 tablespoons parsley, chopped 3 tablespoons onion, chopped 1 1/2 cloves garlic, finely chopped 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano 1/8 teaspoon cayenne 3 tablespoons olive oil 1 1/2 tablespoons white wine vinegar 1 cup water Add all ingredients in order suggested by bread machine manual.
