Guest guest Posted July 9, 2008 Report Share Posted July 9, 2008 Creamy Chipotle Dip 1 or 2 canned chipotle peppers in adobo, drained and finely chopped 1 cup mayonnaise 1 tsp. fresh lime juice 1/2 cup sour cream, regular or light 1/4 tsp. garlic salt 1/4 cup finely chopped onion 1 tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro tortilla chips for dipping In small bowl, combine all ingredients, except chips.
