Guest guest Posted June 30, 2008 Report Share Posted June 30, 2008 300g of Pasta dried ( any that you have in the house) 100g of Asparagus, cut into 3cm length 200g of trimmed fine green beans cut into 3cm lengths 1 medium chilli deseeded and chopped. 1 garlic clove chopped finely 3cm of fresh root ginger, peeled and chopped finely 1 bunch of spring onions ( scallions) finely chopped 2x 15ml of sesame oil 2 x 15ml of water 2 x 15ml of of light soy cauce 2 x 15ml of crunchy peanut butter 20g pack of fresh coriander ( cilantro) 1. Cook pasta in boiling salted water. Drain well. 2. Cook asparagus and beans until just tender in wok with a little oil. Stir fry chilli, garlic, ginger and onions in the oil for a further 2 minutes. 3. Mix together water, soy sauce and peanut butter. Add to the pan or wok with the drained pasta.
