Spicy Bananas 2 medium bananas, peeled, quartered 1 tablespoon butter or margarine 1/2 teaspoon curry powder 1/8 teaspoon ground ginger 1/8 teaspoon chili powder In a large nonstick skillet, melt butter over medium high heat. Add curry, ginger, and chili powder. Cook for 30 seconds, stirring constantly. Add bananas. Cook 1 minute per side. Yields 2 servings.
