Guest guest Posted May 30, 2008 Report Share Posted May 30, 2008 Tomato-Olive Salsa 1 cup seeded and diced Roma tomatoes 1 garlic clove, minced 3 tbsps. black olives, pitted and chopped 2 tbsps. chopped fresh basil 2 tbsps. olive oil 2 tsps. balsamic vinegar 1 serrano or japaleno pepper, veins and seeds removed, minced salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste Mix together and serve.
