Guest guest Posted May 29, 2008 Report Share Posted May 29, 2008 Caesar-style Asparagus 3 to 4 cloves garlic, crushed 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce 1/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce or cayenne pepper to taste 1/4 cup olive oil 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese 1 bunch asparagus whole-wheat croutons To make the dressing, add first five ingredients to a blender. With the blender running, gradually add oil. Add 1/4 cup cheese and season to taste with salt and pepper. Cook asparagus in boiling salted water until just tender, about 3 minutes.
