Guest guest Posted May 25, 2008 Report Share Posted May 25, 2008 Sour Dipping Sauce 1/4 cup white vinegar 1/4 cup fresh lime juice 1 tablespoon minced garlic 1 tablespoon fresh chile pepper 1/4 cup roughly chopped oregano or cilantro salt and freshly cracked black pepper to taste Combine ingredients and serve with pork butt.
