Guest guest
Fried Bhindi 2 cups bhindi, ladyfinger okra, cut up 1 small onion 1/2 teaspoon zeera 3 whole red chiles salt according to taste 1/4 teaspoon haldi 2 tablespoons oil 1 tablespoon imli water, optional 1 tomato Sauté the sliced onion until transparent-light brown. Add zeera, salt, haldi, bhindi and chilis. Cover and cook on low heat till soft. Do not add water. Try not to stir so much otherwise it will breakup. To check if done, stir, when the sticky texture disappears, its done. Be a better friend, newshound, and know-it-all with Mobile. Try it now.
