Guest guest Posted May 7, 2008 Report Share Posted May 7, 2008 Spicy Potato Kebabs 2 pounds new potatoes 2 tbsps. hot, spicy ketchup 3 tbsps. ketchup 1 tbsp.curry powder 1 tbsp. Dijon mustard 2 cloves garlic 1 " chunk ginger root 2 tbsps. olive oil salt and pepper Cut the potatoes, skin on, into 1½ " pieces and cook for about 10 minutes in boiling water. Do not over-cook! Soak wooden skewers in cold water. Drain off the water and allow potatoes to dry on paper towel or a grid. Place all other ingredients, except oil in the blender, or a small food processor and blend till smooth. Coat the potatoes with this mixture in a bowl. Spike the potatoes onto the skewers (they will tend to stay intact if you pierce through from the skin side).
