Guest guest Posted May 5, 2008 Report Share Posted May 5, 2008 Great for wontons or eggrolls Yang Yeum Kanjang (Seasoned Dipping Sauce) 1/2 cup soy sauce 1/2 tsp. sesame oil 1/2 tsp. toasted sesame seeds, crushed in a mortar 1 thin sliced scallion 1/4 tsp. hot red chili powder 1/4 tsp. sugar 1/8 tsp. white pepper Mix everything together thoroughly and serve when wanted.
