Donna re Coriander

So they are not the same thing then? Cilantro is the leaf and Coriander is

the seed and they are used in different foods?

I am going to make a huge pot of soup in a couple of weeks. How much Coriander

would you add to that?

Coriander tastes nothing like fresh cilantro at all. I believe it's

the cilantro seed. I buy is ground and add to soups and stews.

Cilantro has a completely different taste. I find coriander ground

in the spice isle of the market in a small round jar.
