Salset Thome Bel Zeit – Egyptian Garlic Relish

 

2 garlic heads, peeled

Corn oil, or Olive Oil

1 hot chili pepper

 

 

 

In a food prcessor, put garlic cloves and sliced chili pepper to chop.

Don't mash them, just finely shred.

Put in a clean jar and cover with corn or olive oil. Close tightly. Use

after 6 hours.
