Guest guest Posted April 26, 2008 Report Share Posted April 26, 2008 Chilean Cilantro Sauce 2/3 cup vegetable broth 1/2 cup minced fresh cilantro 1/2 cup minced fresh yellow onions 1/2 cup minced red bell pepper 1/4 cup white vinegar 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon dried oregano 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper 1/2 teaspoon black pepper 4 garlic cloves minced Combine all ingredients, stirring with a whisk until well blended.
