Guest guest Posted April 26, 2008 Report Share Posted April 26, 2008 Raita with Pear Enjoy the hot and cool sensations of this fruity raita as a dip or topping. 1 cup nonfat yogurt 1 tablespoon coriander 1 tablespoon each, chopped cilantro and mint 1 jalapeño chile, seeded, and chopped 1 firm, ripe pear, peeled if desired, cored, and finely diced salt and pepper to taste In a small bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well.
