Guest guest
Caroline, chipotles are smoked dried jalapeno chiles. I have found whole dried chipotles in a large Tesco store here in Scotland or in a local specialist Spanish/Mexican food store. I have also found chipotles in adobo sauce in Sainsburys. All of the other ingredients should be readily available.
